Below are some of the key dates to add to your calendar, and we’ll follow up via email ahead of time with more details and promotional resources to give you all the support you need.

Important Dates

September 1st: Promotional period for affiliates begins
September 14th: Bonus sessions go live, Summit Encore starts in 24 hours
September 15th: Day 1 unlocked
September 16th: Day 2 unlocked
September 17th: Day 3 unlocked, Price increases to $247
September 18th: Day 4 unlocked
September 19th: Day 5 unlocked, Last day of free summit
September 20th: All sessions become “locked” again at midnight

What is the conference about?

The Elevate Pharmacy Virtual Summit is the first virtual pharmacy conference of its kind. How the Affiliate Process Works

Becoming an affiliate simply means that you will receive a commission for every time that someone purchases an All-Access Pass through your unique affiliate link. This is an overview how it works:

1. You sign up as an affiliate.
2. You receive unique links to send out your audience.
3. Someone clicks on your link to sign up for the Summit.
4. They decide to purchase the All-Access Pass.
5. You receive a 50% share of the profits made from the sale.

Our system will save the clicks on your link for 30 days. This means that someone might click on the link and sign up for the free event today, but if they decide to purchase a few weeks later (such as after they’ve viewed some of the free content) you will STILL GET CREDIT FOR THE SALE!

Note. If someone clicks on two affiliate links from two of our partners of the Elevate Pharmacy Virtual Summit, the link that gets clicked last before they make the purchase is the one that counts.

Sharing the Sale

We will share the profits 50:50. Our payment processor (Stripe) takes 3.5% + $0.30 as a fee for each sale, and we will go halves in the profit after the fee has been taken out.

The price of the Premium Pass will change as we go through the conference and there are three different price points:

– $197 until after September 17th
-$247 thereafter

So your exact earnings will depend on when you sell the Premium Pass, according to the change in price. We’ll take a closer look at your exact earnings in the following section.

Your Earnings

Let me break it down for you:

For each Premium Pass that you sell for $197 you will receive $92.92.
This is the price ($197), minus Stripe fees, divided by two because we share the remainder.

When you sign up as an affiliate (there will be more information on how to do this below) you will receive an email with your unique links that you can use to earn a commission.

You should use these links to send your audience to the Elevate Pharmacy Summit website. That way, our site will keep track of all of the people that you send our way and make sure that you are paid out the commission you deserve if you make a sale.

Please note: The link that you should use to promote the conference will be a unique link that will redirect to the conference page and track the people who click on it.

1st Link: To Encourage People to Sign Up

You will receive an email with your unique affiliate link that directs to the homepage.

This link is ideal for sending people to the website to check out what the conference is all about. They can sign up for free to get access to the free content during the conference, and choose to buy later on.

(You’ll still get credit for the sale even if they purchase a few weeks later!)

Tracking Your Sales (and Earnings)

Every time that someone purchases an All-Access Pass through your link, you will receive a notification email.

You can also log into your account to view your sales and your current balance.

Getting Paid

You will be paid out by direct deposit to your bank account once monthly after you make a sale. Payments can take 1-5 days to process.

All you need to do is enter your identification and bank account details into the Payout Settings page in your account.

How to Become an Affiliate

Becoming an affiliate is easy. It only take a few minutes to set it up and we’re here to help if you have any questions along the way. Just send me an email at blairthielemier@btpharmacyconsulting.com if you need a hand!

1. Apply to be an affiliate here

Our sales and affiliate system are all hosted through our site. It may take a few days for us to approve your application, so please give yourself plenty of time before you need the URL.

2. Log in to find your unique referral URL.

3. Receive your special affiliate links to send out to your audience.

When we add you as an affiliate,

If someone makes a purchase by clicking in your link, you will receive 50% of the profits.
